You will need:

Step-by-Step:

1. Make sure your mix is well ground. It’s best to use a grinder for
your herbs or if you don’t have one you can use scissors. Mix your herbs
and tobacco together.

2. Take 2 papers and stick them together at a right angle (L-shape). Make sure
that the gums are both facing upwards (not facing your table or surface) and
that they are both on the inside of your plan. (See diagram.)

4. Fold down the top right hand corner of the vertical paper so that the gum
strip is still exposed. Lick along the fold and tear it off. This makes rolling
easier and cuts down the amount of paper you inhale.

5. Make a fold in your papers to hold your mix in place before you roll it up.

6. Spread your mixture along the papers and add your roach at the slim end.

7. Pick up the joint and roll from the middle outwards. (See How To Roll A One Skin Joint for more rolling tips.)

8. Tuck down the paper and ensure that the gum strips are facing you. Roll the
excess paper around the joint, wet the gum and seal it up.

9. Finally, pinch the excess paper at the end of your joint and twist it. This
way you won’t lose any of your mix and it ensures your joint is tight
enough.

You will need:

Step-by-Step:

1. First you need to make a large square out of some rolling papers. For a
   decent size tulip, about 11cm squared should be OK. How you make it depends
   on the size and shape of your papers. Just make sure you have one strip of
   gum running down the whole length of one side.
   
2. Assuming your gum runs down the left hand side facing up, take the top right
   corner and fold it down to the bottom left corner, leaving the gum strip exposed.
   
3. Wet the gum strip and fold it over to seal the triangle.
   
4. Pick it up and hold it open, with the point facing downwards. Fill it with your choice of ready-made mixture. This should turn into a nice cone-shaped
   packet, ready to attach to the next piece.
   
5. Make a long tube out of card, about 10cm long*. Seal with rolling papers
   or tape.
   
6. Place the open end of your cone at the top of the tube and scrunch up the ends so that it closes around it.
   
7. Tie up with gum strips or thread.

   

*A variation on this is to make a straight joint instead of card tube.

   Be careful not to make your joint too tight though or you’ll end up blue in the face trying to toke on it. On the flip side – too loose and it will burn too quickly and possibly fall away and set alight to nearby upholstery and clothing.

   

5. Tuck down the paper and ensure that the gum strip is facing you. Roll the excess paper around the joint, wet the gum and seal it up.
6. Finally, pinch the excess paper at the end of your joint and twist it. This way you won’t lose any of your mix and it ensures your joint is tight enough.

A blunt is a joint made from a tobacco leaf wrapped around pure cannabis – a cannabis cigar. Blunts have become very popular in recent years, especially due to their
constant mention by gangster rappers in their lyrics. Blunts get their name
from Philly Blunts – an American brand of cigars. Smokers would take out
the inside of a regular cigar and replace it with marijuana. The word “blunt”
has now come to mean any tobacco wrap. Blunts are now sold as individual leaves
for you to make your own cigars. They come in many brands with many different
flavours to choose from.

The benefits of using blunts are:

a) they burn slower than joints so less is wasted and you can pass them round
more people

b) they hold more cannabis than a joint

c) you can extinguish and relight them as often as you want

d) they’re easy to carry around and they don’t look like illegal
drugs

e) many people report that they get a more intense high from blunts due to the
tobacco leaf reacting with the marijuana

Here’s how to roll a blunt from a pre-made cigar
like a Philly Blunt…

You will need:

• Philly Blunt
• Herb
• Grinder or scissors

Step-by-Step:
1. Lick your cigar and open it by cutting a straight line down the middle (from
   tip to butt) using a razor blade or just with fingers.
2. Take out the contents and the inner layer of leaf
   wrapping so that you are left with just the outer layer. Too much tobacco
   with your blunt can result in a harsh taste.
3. Tear off any excess so that you have a rectangular
   blunt wrap. Blunt wraps are delicate so be careful and don’t rush this.
   Any unwanted tears you make around the edge can usually be resealed with saliva.
4. Fold your blunt wrap in the same way as you might
   fold a rolling paper before you load it.

5. Spread your herb (make sure it is well-ground first)
   into your blunt wrap. Use plenty so that your blunt will stay firm.
6. You can also add a large roach if you like to avoid
   wasting any herb. Some strong card rolled into a tight spiral would be ideal.

7. Roll up your blunt wrap, remembering to keep the mouth
   end big enough for an easy toke.

8. When there is about half an inch left to roll, lick
   all the way down it and seal it up.

9. Use a lighter to dry your blunt by running it up and
   down for a few seconds. Alternatively, put it in the microwave for a few seconds.
   Doing this will make your blunt sturdier and easier to smoke.

10. Spark up, lay back and enjoy the ride.

   a pair of scissors. This will prevent any small sticks or lumps from tearing
   your blunt wrap.
   
4. Spread your herb (make sure it is well-ground first) into your blunt wrap.
   Use plenty so that your blunt will stay firm.

   

5. You can also add a large roach if you like to avoid wasting any herb. Some
   strong card rolled into a tight spiral would be ideal.

   

6. Roll up your blunt wrap, remembering to keep the mouth end big enough for
   an easy toke.

The Vapir vaporizer works by producing heat through an internal ceramic heating

element. A fan blows air through the heating element and directly to your herbs to heat them to the desired temperature.

Here’s how you use the Vapir vaporizer:

Set the time and temperature.

Preheat the Vapir for a few minutes.

Put your herbs into the disc and then into the tray.

Leave to allow vaporizing process to develop.

A green light comes on when your chosen temperature is achieved.

Inhale. Repeat inhalation for 10 -15 minutes. Intensity of hits increases
with time.

Take out the disc if you want a break from inhaling to avoid wastage.

Inhaling with a vaporizer is very different from inhaling smoke. It is much
less harsh on the throat and you may not notice anything being passed into your
lungs. Keep inhaling until your herb stops releasing vapour. Sit back for a
couple of minutes and you’ll soon start to enjoy the effects.

How to Use a Handheld Vaporizer:

Put some of your herb mix into the large glass bowl.

Screw in the mouthpiece (the long stem).

Light a flame under the bowl to heat your herbs. Gently revolve the bowl whilst
the flame is lit.

When the bowl fills with vapour, inhale through the mouthpiece.

You won’t get the same sensation when you inhale using a vaporizer as
you get from smoking. With smoking you can feel the smoke hit the back of your
throat whereas with a vaporizer you barely notice anything. The effect of the
herbs, however, is far greater when you use a vaporizer.

The Vapureyes vaporizer is small – not much bigger than a can of fizzy drink, so it’s really easy to carry around. It’s nicely finished too, with quality parts.

How to Use a Vapureyes Vaporizer:

1. Take off the lid off the Vapureyes and put your herb (no tobacco) into
   the gauze bowl.
2. Replace the lid, plug in the Vapureyes and switch on.
3. After a couple of minutes, the Vapureyes Beta will begin to fill up with vapour. (Don’t expect to see too much – it’s not like smoke.)
4. Next, inhale through the plastic tube.
5. You will experience hardly any harshness on the throat and a very clean, clear buzz.
