The Silver Palm Leaf Pipe a.k.a. the credit card pipe is actually a product that I have owned for a couple of years now but for some reason I have neglected to inform you all as too how awesome it is. I think this is because it is so discreet that I often forget that it’s in my wallet.

The pipe itself is of a very high build quality and produces an extra smooth smoke as it has lots of little channels on the inside that give the smoke time to cool down. These channels also catch a lot of tar that otherwise would be in your lungs. The base of the pipe is held on by four magnets which give very easy access for cleaning out the tar build up. When I first got the pipe I thought this may be a bit of an unreliable way to secure the base but two years down the line and it’s still holding strong

The Silver Palm Leaf pipe comes in two finishes, chrome and brushed chrome but personally, I’d go for the brushed as it is bound to get fairly scratched in your pocket and these scratches show up much less on the brushed chrome.

Overall this is a really cool little smoking pipe and I can’t believe I’ve forgotten to review it until now.

The Solo Pipe negates the need for you to carry a separate lighter around with you, as this is built into the pipe itself. This, added with the handy bowl cover for the pipe, means that you only need to carry the pipe itself around with you, as your stash is already inside the pipe. The butane lighter element is refillable, and so will last you an age.

The pipe itself looks pretty smart; a brass design with a really good, weighty feel. The bowl itself is ample in size to pack in enough of your favourite herb to give you a really good hit, wherever you are. Simply pack it in to the bowl, slide the cover into place, and you are ready to go.  A poly suede carrying pouch that came with the pipe we purchased will keep it looking neat, smart and completely scratch free.

When you need that hit, all you have to do is uncover the bowl and depress the button on the side, and a butane filled lighter swings into place, lighting your herbs as you inhale. Perfect.
